A mathematic model of multi-phase fluid filtration in porous environments with elastic-plastic properties has been developed, which takes into consideration that irreversible porosity decrease is followed by changes of not only absolute but phase porosity of reservoir as well. The mechanism of irreversible deformation action on formations recovery is studied. It is shown that for formations built of rocks sensitive to external loads, forced withdrawal at conclusive stages of development is an effective method of enhanced oil recovery.
