Abstract

The problem of active noise shielding (ANS) was studied extensively regarding composite domains in conjunction with general solution of the problem in a finite-difference statement. The problem of ANS is to determine a distribution of additional sources such that some regions are shielded from the influence of the remaining space. Interregional transmission and shielding, in which case additional measurements or computations are required for solving the problem was assumed. The solution of this problem was supposed to be used for active control of sound and vibration.
