A new and practical technique for synthesizing arbitrary rational admittance matrices is presented. The network has a channel structure in which all channels are independent from each other. Of special interest is the inclusion of the RC constraints in the synthesis procedure. The mathematical basis of the synthesis are the properties of the matrix-continuants. Examples of the admittance matrix realizations are given, along with the sensitivity analysis.
