Sound waves in two-fractional polydisperse bubble liquids

The propagation of acoustic waves was investigated in one-fractional and two-fractional mixtures of liquid with monodisperse vapor-gas and gas bubbles of various sizes with phase transformations. In the propagation of sound waves, the linear damping coefficient is directly proportional to the square of the frequency of perturbations. It can be seen that the acoustic correction substantially affects the behavior of the curves, which, in turn, agree well with the experimental data. It is shown that the two-faction composition of the polydisperse bubble liquid results in the occurrence of two peaks for the linear damping coefficient.
