Abstract

The possibility of performing self-propagating high-temperature synthesis of ferrites controlled by selective laser beam effect was shown. The conditions of synthesis of barium hexaferrite with chromium additives and the effect of additional sintering on the synthesis results were studied. It is noted that the resulting voluminous ceramic products show good consumer's properties.
