Abstract

A recently proposed model for a spin glass with long-range interactions is considered for a 3D system using the analytic renormalization group technique. There exists a marginally stable low-temperature state which is rather different from the Edwards-Anderson state. The equilibrium susceptibility is paramagnetic: chi equals c/T in this state.
