On the basis of calculation of the local densities of states of the components of Fe//3Si the SiK// beta -spectra are interpreted and strong hybridization of the p-states of Si with the d-band of Fe, typical for impurities of p-elements in Fe, is established. The calculation in the coherent potential approximation shows that in the disordered alloy Fe//0//. //7//5Si//0//. //2//5 the density of p-states of is governed by direct hybridization of Si atoms which are nearest neighbors. This agrees with experimental observations of the intensity redistribution in SiK// beta -spectra during the transition from an ordered to a partially disordered structure.
