Abstract

Self-consistent band structure and cluster calculations of high Tc superconductors YBa2Cu3O5X2 (X=O, F, N) have been carried out by LMTO method. Chemical bond energies are calculated, the possibility for appearence of antiferromagnetic ordering is studied and the superexchange parameter values in CuOCu chains are determined.
