Abstract

A previous study proposed a transmission pricing methodology based on a concept of power tracing. The underlying assumption behind this methodology is that the flow of power in the network can be represented by a directed graph. This assumption is assessed. A justification for it is given in terms of the co-operative game theory as well as the information theory.
