Abstract

Mass spectrometry analysis of peptides bound to affinity media was presented. The direct application of immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) and antibody beads to the MALDI target was carried out. The limitation of mass spectrometry which imposes constraints on the elution solvents was also overcome. Membrane growth receptors were also constructed. After the protein was digested, the products were incubated.
