Abstract

The inverse problem of searching the type of attachment of one of the rod ends inaccessible for the immediate observation is considered. The type of attachment of the rod is defined by eigenfrequencies of its flexural vibrations. The uniqueness theorem of the solution of this problem is proved. The recognition method of unknown boundary conditions is developed. The approximate formula for definition of boundary conditions with respect to the set of eigenfrequencies is obtained.
