Confined photonic modes in distributed Bragg microresonator in magnetic field

Abstract

We analyse theoretically the evolution of confined photonic modes in a distributed Bragg 0D microresonator (of a pillar-like shape, with square horisontal cross-section) in a magnetic field. The magnetic field dependences of frequency splittings of the modes, their near field patterns and polarisation properties are calculated.
