Comparison of different gasodynamic models for description of chemically non-equilibrium flows is fulfilled for an example of stationary flows around of the Space Shuttle and Buran space vehicles. The models of the local-autosimilar approximation of the Navier-Stokes equations, chemically equilibrium and non-equilibrium shock layer and the model of viscous thin shock layer are considered. Kinetics of physical -chemical processes is taken into account in all models equally using the same constants of gas-phase reactions. Good agreement of results is shown for calculations of heat flux in the critical point.
